馬車チケット購入方法は、WEBサイトから事前予約購入かトロッコ嵯峨駅や馬車乗り場で当日券購入です。
事前予約できるのは、片道の保津川コースのみです。

御返信はお問合せ内容によって システム管理会社 LINKTIVITY 又は 京馬車より送信されます。また、概ね3日程度の期間を要し、日曜日と祝日は、返信業務をお休みしています。

| 〇 When operation is canceled | In case of suspension of the Hozugawa River Boat Ride or due to severe weather, the carriage or the course to the Hozugawa River boarding point will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued. Please note that email notifications may not reach you before your reservation time, so we kindly ask you to check the Carriage Updates page regularly on the day of your reservation. |
